KB Actuarial, Inc. has been providing full-service employer sponsored retirement plan administration and consulting since 1994. KB Actuarial, Inc. assists employers in the design, implementation, administration and communication of a wide range of retirement plans. Jennifer Keller, QKA, QPA, ERPA – President

Jennifer Keller, QKA, QPA, ERPA – President

Jennifer is the President of KB Actuarial, Inc., formerly Lindsey Pension Corporation, and has over 25 years experience in the Qualified Plan industry. Prior to working with qualified plans, she was a licensed health insurance agent, selling health, dental, vision and group life insurance.

She began her career at Lindsey Pension Corporation in 1997 by selling retirement plans to small and medium sized businesses. After a short time, there became a need for a full time administrator and Jennifer was quickly promoted to fulfilling this responsibility. She was in charge of all 85 client accounts, and was fulfilling duties as a full time administrator, from data collection to compliance testing and preparation of tax returns.

In 1999 Jennifer was promoted to President of Lindsey Pension Corporation and has been managing the firm since. In 2010 she became the owner of the firm and changed the name to KB Actuarial, Inc. Jennifer is an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent through the IRS and she has also earned her Qualified 401(k) Administrator designation, QKA, and Qualified Pension Administrator, QPA, designation through ASPPA. She is also an active member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA).

Jennifer and her staff continually attend conferences and partners with other specialists which affords the knowledge to specialize in customized and creative plan design, administration and service.

Nichole Marino – Administrator

Nichole Marino – Administrator

Nichole Marino joined KB Actuarial in 2011, coming from five years of customer service experience. She also served as a manager for three years overseeing 30 employees. She brings with her leadership, client relations, public relations, and customer service skills. She has completed her associate degree in Psychology and she is now an Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) through the National Institute of Pension Administration (NIPA).

Haley Carr

Haley Carr

Haley Carr joined KB Actuarial in 2023. She has experience in customer service, personal and business banking, and administrative support. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies, from which she brings skills in computer science and client communication. Haley is currently working towards becoming an Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) through the National Institute of Pension Administration (NIPA).
